ShoreTel names Robison new board chairperson

ShoreTel (NASDAQ:SHOR) has appointed Shane Robison its chairperson of the board, replacing Chuck Kissner.

Kissner will remain on the board as a director. He's acted as chairperson for four years.

The move is effective immediately.

"Due to my increasing obligations outside of ShoreTel, now is the time to make this change," Kissner says. "I look forward to supporting the Company's continued success."
